Kim Kardashian traveled to New Orleans to celebrate the 21st birthday of one of her devoted fan, a Louisana woman called Myleeza Kardashian on Tuesday.

“Happy Birthday @MyleezaKardash! I’m so thankful to spend your 21st birthday with you here in New Orleans!” Kim wrote on Twitter Tuesday afternoon after snapping a selfie with the devoted fan. “You have always been so real & supportive! Your tweets light up my day!!! Love you forever doll.”

Myleeza in a reply also posted an Instagram photo of herself posing with her idol, along with the caption, “DREAMS COME TRUE. Thank you Kim! Thank you for changing a country girl from Louisiana life forever. I’m forever grateful for this!” Kardashian also posted an Instagram photo with “favorite fans,” captioning it, “Happy Birthday @MyleezaKardash.
