In a cover striking in its sheer eeriness, of thirty five women accusing one formerly adored TV star of rape; the New York Magazine nearly broke the internet yesterday.
The magazine carried out a cover story with a portrait of each of the thirty five women, whilst telling all their stories one by one.
Bill Cosby has continuously denied raping anyone, but the release of the 2005 deposition of his case with Andrea Constand shows that he bought drugs with the sole intention of drugging the women to sleep with him.
The magazine’s website collapsed for close to six hours on Monday, as the cover lit up the social media sphere.
The cover, the accompanying story, and video interviews with six of the thirty five accusers is on the New York Magazine’s website.
