The passing away of President John Evans Atta Mills on Tuesday 24th July, 2012 devastated the hearts of many Ghanaians in the country and beyond.
Professor John Evans Mills died at the age of 68 at the 37 military hospital in Accra.
It’s exactly 3 years today since he passed away.
Shockingly, he was the first President to died at office in the history of Ghana.
Many Ghanaians are laying wrath at the ‘asomdwee park’ in memory of the former president.
I remember this man for his peaceful nature, humbleness, boldness, truthfulness and his never say die mentality.
Three years ago, I was at the news room when we received this sad statement below;
How I wish our Politicians in this country will continue to learn from his outstanding examples.
Agya Atta…Nante Yie!!!
What do you remember of him?
