Paul Walker’s Younger Brother Lands Role In Upcoming Nicholas Cage Movie

Paul Walker’s tragic death during filming made Furious 7 the most nostalgic of the franchise.

His younger brother Cody has to fill in for him in the final parts of the movie, playing his late brother’s iconic Brian O’Conner character in a few yet to be finished scenes.

And now Cody is set to venture into acting for himself, having just been cast in an upcoming Nicholas Cage drama flick, USS Indianpolis. Cody would play a crewman on a World War II ship that was torpedoed while on a classified mission. Because of the secrecy, it wasn’t reported until days later.

Cody would be alongside Nicholas Cage, who plays Captain Charles McVay, captain of the USS Indianapolis. The movie would be directed by Mario Van Peebles, who’s one of the directors on the show of the moment- Empire.

Cody Walker is a former paramedic, and this would be his first major Hollywood role. Aside that, there are rumours he might earn a casting on Fast & Furious 8, playing a relative of his late brother’s character.
