Black Princesses

The female U-20 team the Black Princesses were comfortable 6-0 winners over Senegal in a 2016 World Cup qualifier played at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Princesses showed vast superiority of play over their opponents, scoring virtually at will to all but end the game at the half hour mark, already four goals ahead.

Top striker Jane Ayieyam and substitute Wasila Soale completed the rout, adding to the first half strikes of Ayieyam, Fatima Alhassan, Princess Adubea, and Sandra Owusu Ansah.

The second leg is set for Dakar in a fortnight, as the Princesses aim for a third successive world cup finals appearance.
