Ghost Fathers 3 Children in Kumasi & Vanishes into Thin Air | I Say This is Pure Nonsense

According to a report by the Chronicle, “residents of Atonsu, a surburb of Kumasi are in a state of shock, after realizing that a 42-year-old man, Nana Agyei who had been married to one Madam Mary Owus, 35, for 12 years with three children was a ghost.”

Now let’s wait a minute—a ghost has been living with human beings for 12 years and not only that, he has been chopping down one of our women?

This is where it gets interesting and silly…

The newspaper adds that “Mary Owusu is expecting another baby with her husband, who has mysteriously vanished from his home. Nana Agyei, the suspected ghost is reported to have vanished into a thin air.”

So the fact that someone cannot be located means he is a ghost…right? If you cannot find your husband of 12 years, how does the reasonable explanation of his absence become ‘because he is a ghost’?

“In an interview with Mr Stephen Owusu, a brother of shocked Mary Owusu and in-law to the alleged ghost, he revealed that his sister went to church at Royal Chapel International at Abuakwa in the Atwima Mponua District, where it emerged during the prayer session that Nana Agyei, who had left the house mysteriously, would not return again, because he was a ghost,” the newspaper writes.

Do you now spot the connection between superstition and religion? We are unable to get rid of superstitious nonsense like this in Africa largely because of religion. Take note of the fact that the woman went to church…

“According to the family spokesman (Stephen), they are terrified by the circumstances under which Nana Agyei left the house, and that they are yet to come to terms with the situation, as his in-law disappeared three clear days before the startling revelation was made in church.

Stephen indicated his in-law (ghost) was a driver, but had a deep cut on one of his ribs, and looked so weak that he was not engaged in any activities.

The spokesperson also said Nana Agyei refused to take the family to his home town, Assin Fosu, in the Central Region.

He said the family is terrified to touch the “ghost’s” mobile phone he left behind in the family house.

Mary Owusu declined to talk to the Chronicle about the development.”

Even a 3 year old after reading this story wouldn’t come to a conclusion that this man is a ghost. So he didn’t want to take his new family to meet his other family makes him a ghost…right?

What is the reasonable basis on which this ghost hypothesis has been formed? GOSH! You see why atheism is the more plausible world view?
