New daddy Sulley Muntari might be excelling on the biology front, but it’s a sad day for him professionally.
Italian giants A.C Milan, where he plies his trade, have gotten rid of him. The two parties mutually decided to terminate the contract between them.
A statement on the club’s website read…
“A.C Milan and Sulley Muntari have reached a mutual agreement to terminate the contract that tied the player to the club.
“A.C Milan would like to thank Muntari for his dedication and professionalism during his years at the club and wish him all the best in the future”
Muntari has been with the Rossoneri since 2012, after joining on loan from cross town rivals Inter Milan, before being handed a permanent deal later that year.
He follows Essien out the door at Milan, and becomes the second Ghanaian player in a few months to have his contract terminated- after the same thing happened to Kevin Prince Boateng with German side Schalke 04.
Hmm. This is painful but you have enough money just go home and take care of ur baby. I hope your wife’s love will be there for you through this. Ghanaian players grow too much so their performance slows down. Take it easy brother.
OHHH THAT’S QUIET DISAPPOINTING. SULLEY, LET THE JOY OF YOUR DAUGHTER COMPENSATE THIS DIFFICULT PERIOD , GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
Ohhh Kafra but remember wen one door closes another opens, so dnt gv up now let ur child be ur comfort…. All de best
At this point in his career he doesn’t have much left to prove. He should consider joining one of those middle-eastern teams for a good payday!
