Kim Kardashian has responded to rumours that she will name her new baby “South West”.

Multiple sites have reported that Kim will name her second child South West, just like she and Kanye did with their first child North. However in an interview with NPR that was aired this weekend, the 34-year-old wife of reality star said naming her baby South West will be the “stupidest thing ever”.

“I don’t like South West, though, because that’s like, you know, North will always, you know, be better and be more…she has a better direction,” Kim explains why she dislikes South West. “So I wouldn’t do that. I don’t think we’ll go with another direction.”

“I mean, everyone keeps on saying South and I think it’s so stupid, she added. “Stupidest thing ever and just ridiculous”.

Kim also quashed the rumours about the gender of the baby. “We actually haven’t told anyone the sex,” she said. “So I heard that we’re having a boy. I heard that we’re having twins. I heard that I’m not even carrying my own baby. I’ve heard so many things and most of that information is not true.”
