GhanaCelebrities.Com has been reliably told that, the above house which certain sections of the media reported as having been bought by Ghanaian football star- Asamoah Gyan for $3 million is not located at MCcarthy Hill in Accra where they placed it—rather it’s at KASOA.
According to our source who also gave us the below photos, the house is situated near Kasoa, a little after the toll booth on your way into Central Region and that the house was built by blockfields Ghana LTD.
For those who know the Accra-Kasoa road, after you have passed Gospel Light junction, take a further 10 minutes drive and you will see the Densu river behind the house on your right hand side of the road.
Apart from the obvious swimming pool, we are told the house has a cinema which takes up to 50 people and has about 10 bedrooms with flat screen TVs in every walkway, room and the kitchen.
Our source who has been to the house and took these photos himself told us that; “it’s a beautiful house with two security by-pass”—meaning, you have to go through two security gates to get into the compound.
And that the house was initially for a certain Michael who placed it on the market for sale. For the price, even though we initially said an eye estimation by us places the value below $400,000 as opposed to the $3 million being reported, the source says, it was for sale for $4.5 million but he cannot confirm if indeed Asamoah Gyan paid that much.
For the location, we are certain it’s no where near MCcarthy Hill, Accra…

Read the article properly. It says $3 million not $400,000
