Karrueche Tran Thinks Rihanna Cannot Be Compared To Her

Karrueche Tran hasn’t exactly had it easy so far. But when you decide to date Chris Brown you’ve certainly got your work cut out for you.

With Rihanna, it’s been a whole on-again off-again love triangle with Chris and Tran, and then Chris and Rihanna, and vice versa. People have always wondered if she bears any ill will towards Rihanna for what happened.

“No, not at all”. She told Real 92.3 in an interview. “We just kind of dated the same guy. It’s always a competition thing and they compare us. But she is Rihanna. She’s a pop star. She’s beautiful. She makes great music. I’m just me. I’m growing and working into myself. You can’t really compare us. We’re two completely different girls.”

After the whole Rihanna drama, Chris still went ahead to father a child with another woman. Royalty, whose very existence Karrueche heard about on the internet!

“When it hit TMZ, I was like, ‘Oh, okay.’ I called him. I cussed him out .That was just the icing on the cake. So, I had to just completely pull away.”

When asked how she avoids her ex, considering they’re both superstars who frequent the same social circles, she admitted that was a little difficult.

“It’s hard. I make it so we don’t have to cross paths so it’s not awkward. But I’ll get on Instagram and people tag us or I’ll hear a song or something. But, you gotta just block it out.

I’m 100% single now”
