Sad news as the NPP Chairman who was reported as attacked with acid has passed on.

As revealed earlier, The Upper East Regional chairman of the NPP, Adams Mahama, was reportedly in hospital this morning after being attacked with acid by other members of his party.

Two assailants stopped his car whilst he was about entering his house midnight on Wednesday and poured the corrosive substance on his face and entire body.

His injuries were so bad, as the acid poured all over his body, injuring every part you could think of.

He was being treated, but has now succumbed to his injuries.

Our understanding of multi party democracy is really problematic, and to think that intra-party squabbles could lead to such violence, it’s obvious we do not know what it is we are doing.

Whoever are found responsible for this murder must be made to face the full rigours of the law.
