KKD Says SCREW Rape Allegation As He Says ‘My Brand As An Iconic Entertainment Personality Is Intact’ & Sort of Compares Himself to Christ that Jesus Was Even Accused Severally

Kwesi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) says he is not on any high horse and that his ‘Brand as an iconic Entertainment Personality is intact’ despite the rape allegation which was brought against him. He doesn’t even seem to take not of the moral consequence of his action—-a 50 year old man meeting a girl of 19 year old and within few hours, having sex with this girl unprotected in a hotel bathroom…

For KKD, the cry of the sex not being consensual by the victim is pure nonsense and the State’s inability to prosecute vindicates him, so; he has not really done anything morally, religious or legally wrong—at least so we get. And as such, no damage has been caused to his brand, he is confident about that.

At KKD’s thanksgiving service held on Sunday at The Christ Foundation Family Church in Sukumono, the once alleged rapist who was joined by family told JOY News after the service that.

“People hoped that I will die; some people hoped that I will fail, 30 years ago. Do I have to go their homes to change their minds”?

KKD said even Jesus Christ was accused severally, the website reports.

“I am thankful that Ewuraffe (the 19-year-old lady he was alleged to have raped) is alive and well, I am alive and well; my blood pressure is coming down, I nearly died two days to the last day in court and my focus [now] is to be well and happy and thankful,” KKD said.

International Tele Evangelist, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh and Cardinal Leslie Tex Buabasah were reportedly in charge of the service—coincidentally Dr. Lawrence Tetteh was alleged to be part of the entourage who went about begging on behalf of KKD for the victim to drop the case.

KKD was accused of raping a 19 year old girl-Ewuraeffe Thompson after the two had a liaison at the African Regent Hotel in December 2014. KKD and his attorneys insisted the two had consensual sex, but the issue of consent was still a contentious one that had to be proven in the court of law.

The aftermath also saw several ladies coming forward with alleged stories of similar encounters with KKD. Before trial even started to ascertain if there was consent or not, the victim wrote to the Judge and the necessary authorities to express her disinterest in the case, citing the media warfare of the case as having psychological unbearable effect on her.

Though the State promised to continue with prosecution even without the key witness, the State later issued a ‘Nolle Prosequi’, dropping the case as a result of lack of witnesses.
