In a joint statement released to US Weekly, representatives of the pair confirm the break-up.

“They both deeply care for each other and remain close friends. We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time.”

The only good news out of this; cute, ditzy Grande is back on the market again- surely, a man can dream.
