Tina Knowles is the woman who blessed the world with the talent known as Beyonce Knowles. She’s also the woman who had to endure years of infidelity from Beyonce’s dad Matthew.
Yesterday, Sunday April 12, the 61 year old finally remarried, after having divorced Matthew in 2011. She got married to actor Richard Lawson, who she has been dating since 2013.
TMZ reports the ceremony took place on a yacht docked in Newport Beach, California. Beyonce, Jay-Z and Blue Ivy were all in attendance. So was Solange, with the guests reported to be dressed in all white.
Tina was married to Beyonce’s dad from 1980, until their divorce in 2011. Matthew himself has already remarried, to former model Gena Avery in 2013.
Congratulations to Mama Knowles and her new beau.
