The world knows Solange Knowles as the lady who assaulted Jay-Z first,  Beyonce’s sister second.  But she ‘s an independent businesswoman on her own, working hard to make it as her more famous sister has.

One of those people most key to Solange is Armina Mussa,  her very good friend- as well as business and creative partner.  The duo own a boutique in New Orleans,  as well as Mussa being project director for Solange’s brand and creative platform;  Saint Heron.

Unfortunately,  reports indicate Mussa was a victim of a knife attack,  during which she was stabbed 10 times.  She reportedly got into a confrontation with her roommate,  known as Arronesia Christophe.  The suspect has been arraiged befor court and charged with attempted second degree muder,  according to TMZ.

Solange was reportedly in Los Angeles when the news broke,  and flew immediatey to New Orleans to be by her friend’s side.  Mussa remains in critical conditon.
