Kafui Danku’s latest movie-I Do was premiered on Friday in Accra, at the West Hills mall and the Accra mall—and the attendance was great. Even though there were technical issues with a few of the screenings, the crowd stayed deep into the night to watch the movie.
The all star movie did its job by pulling in the fans of the various celebrities—and the fact that it was a holiday in Ghana meant that, a lot more people were free to attend the premiere.
Van Vicker, Nana Ama McBrown, Kafui Danku, Jasmine Baroudi, Elikem Kumodzi, Roselyn Ngissah, Mawuli Gavor, D-Black and other celebrities graced the red carpet…
Written and directed by Kobby Rana, ‘I Do’ tells an intriguing story of love and all the complexities that come with it. Four couples have less than 24 hours to make or break up what they just started. Who will pass the test of time?
The more we try to understand, the more unpredictable it becomes. A honeymoon that tastes more complicated than honey. Are they ready for an intriguing marriage or a perfect wedding only?.
Check out all the photos from the premiere—the stars and the fans. It looks like ripped jeans is the new thing in Ghana…LOL
tacky dresses!! why r they all wearing the same cloth???
who’s that tall lightskinned dude? he is fine paapa
Bui. ..da dressing has made da movie boring already
I like the concept…it’s about time our stars started celebrating our traditional wears.. the guys were looking really smart…Jasmine and kafui were okay although they could have gone for more elegant style considering the occasion. …I wasn’t feeling Mcbrown and Roselyn’s styles….it looked tacky….I’m they’ll get much better with time
Yeah, I agree with you. I also really like the Kente patterns on the men.
They all looked cheap and tacky…the only person that looked good was the little girl in the kente dress.
Why are they all dressed tacky like they are going to a fancy dress party? Ghanaians will never learn from Hollywood.
I like the concept of the leading cast wearing same cloth since “IT WAS SPONSORED BY Melanie Crane & Elikem himself” so obviously they were doing a bit of advertising/promotion here but I think the style cld have been more elegant. Kudos to Kafui & Kobi
Calista lkn good, simple is always classy; but one bangle wld have bn okay lol; again congrats to them on hvn a massive turnout
They werent looking their best
Nothing aggravates me than Elikem’s tape measure!
Oh same here ooo honey, na stardom be force? By force celebrity.. Afuom.
LOL. what is with the apron or whatever infront of kafui and jasmine’s pants? Elikem still needs an upgrade in his designs.
Ghanaian ladies, please if you’re gonna show legs, please make sure your legs are well kept!!! Just because you’re not showing legs, dose not make you less sexy!!!
