“The artistic n*de picture which was taken in June 2014 is a barter trade between me and my photographer and that is not the first n*de picture that I have put out there. I have three sets. I said barter because when I need promo pictures which should cost me over GH¢2,000, the photographer will do it for me,” she said.
She continued: “I feel as a human being, if you are passionate about something you should do it as long as it is legal and it won’t affect anyone or you won’t be attacking anyone.” Sister Debbie however admitted that since she posted the picture on Instagram, views on her YouTube account had shot up.
“..I also posted it myself so that people will not think it was a leaked picture. Around that period, the views for my ‘Borla’ video had gone down and, yes, after I posted the picture myself, my views shot up to about 5,000 views. So yes it did help and I would agree to the fact that I used it to push myself,” she noted.
Less than a fortnight, a leaked n*ked video of a female student in UCC has generated hot argle-bargle. Later, the lady came public to say she leaked it and that she is mentally sound and feels no pity for doing so – and even disclosed some top politicians who have gone out with her before.
Yet, Ghanaian policemen are wearing BLACK ATTIRE in this temperate (HOT) continent called Africa each day, seated in dilapidated police stations – with some believed to be gouging as small as GHC 1.00 from motorists on MANHOLE streets and roads – pretending they don’t see, read or hear about these circulation of n*dity by people who call themselves graduates/literates.
I went to a police station to report the case of Deborah Vanessa and the police commander looked straight into my face and said “this is a misdemeanor.” I called on National Security and I was told “we don’t think this is a serious issue for us to chase.”
They should all sit and watch on unconcerned. Deborah Vanessa or Abena Korkor is not their child so they think their action don’t have direct stake on them – but the truth is, when the such conducts corrupt the society, my child, your child, our children, may end up imitating or emulating in the future.
I’m not pious but I’m not evil. As I always say: “He, who fails to condemn evil, commands it to happen. Hypocrisy will find all of us out someday.” Until then….MOTWUM!!
