But because of politics and corruption, you will always catch well educated people like Ms. Helen Adjoa Ntosu, the Volta Regional Minister making such absurd comments.
Speaking at a town hall meeting organized by the Keta Municipal Assembly, the Minister is reported by GNA as having said “those of you who refuse to see or those of you who see but refuse to acknowledge, I ask the Holy Spirit to deliver you and I hope you are delivered from the spirit of falsehood.”
REALLY? What is there to see?
The Minister continued, “Ignore those who say the Volta region is not benefiting from the national cake despite its support for the ruling National Democratic Congress.”
Ghana has a national problem—and yet some people will play it down into tribal and regional nonsense. And then bring in God and the Holy Spirit to cover up the real problems.
Ghana is heading deep into the gutters and we cannot even see it!
