After commanding and praying for the rise of the cedi which got many sensible Ghanaians upset, Bishop Duncan Williams was back in news over the weekend for telling his congregation that, the sudden well doing of the cedi is an indication that his prophecy and prayer are working.

Of course, some people are plainly idiots and they will believe this—so we want to help take the message far by featuring this as our Cartoon of the Week.
