Samsung Ghana Shows Appreciation to Dealers and Sales Agents

Samsung Ghana has rewarded their authorized dealers and sales agents at a ceremony in Accra. This was to appreciate their efforts for making the ongoing Samsung Christmas Promotion a success.

Highly performing agents and dealer shops were given prizes according to the number of winners they have produced during the Samsung Christmas Promotion.

Frank ‘O’ Trading & Phones emerged on top as the leader in subscribing customers onto the E-warranty service thereby contributing immensely to the success of the promo.

Some five branch managers of Frank ‘O’ Phones received baskets of lip-smacking hampers from Samsung.

According to Business Leader for Handheld Products at Samsung Ghana, Jaspreet Singh, the rationale behind this is to reinforce the Electronics Giants interest and commitment to their business-to-business partners, dealer and sales agents.

The ongoing Samsung Christmas promotion is nationwide promo which is being done in collaboration with the National Lotteries Authority (NLA). 50 lucky winners are rewarded each week with Samsung’s range of consumer electronics and Smartphones, and at the monthly draws, 6 lucky winners will stand the chance of walking away with mouth-watering packages including all expenses paid trips to South Africa.

To participate in the promotion, customers are required to register their Samsung mobile phones on the Samsung e-warranty platform by typing REG *IMEI number # to the short code 1453 across all networks. The IMEI number can be found on the phone’s packaging or by dialing *#06#. It can also be seen in the empty battery slot on a white label which reads IMEI.
