The most talented Ghanaian musical group-4×4 made up of Sylvanus Dodji Jeoffrey (Captain Planet), Raphael Edem Avornyo (Coded) and Prince Tamakloe (Fresh Prince) has this week celebrated 10 years of churning out great music with the release of their 6th studio album, 4 Word.
‘4 Word’ a 14 track album which is well packaged to meet the musical needs of all features the group’s previously released hit-singles ‘Moko Ni’, ‘Anadwo Y3 D3’, ‘London Bridge’ and the Fuse ODG remix of ‘London Bridge’.
In a strategic attempt to break into the Nigerian market, 4×4 employed the unique talent of Nigerian beat maker-D-Tunes who has worked with several top Nigerian artistes like Iyanya to add his touch to their song-‘I Go Marry You’—smearing the Nigerian flavour all over it.
Speaking to GhanaCelebrities.Com about the album, the group’s member-Captain Planet said; the album title-4 Word means forward ever, backwards never. He added that, the album also signifies how far they’ve come, marking a turning point in their musical career…

In celebrating 4×4’s 10th anniversary, the musical group will stage several mega tour concerts in Kumasi, Accra and Tamale to take the ‘4 Word’ album to their fans and celebrate their joy with them.
