2013 CANNES FILM FESTIVAL: Film With Lesbian ‘X’ Scenes That Leave Nothing To The Imagination Wins Top Award At Cannes + The List Of Winners In Full

Last night, during the Closing Ceremony of this 66th Festival de Cannes, the Jury presided over by Steven Spielberg revealed the award winners.

La Vie d’Adele, a french film described by some as a “graphic lesbian drama” won the Palme d’Or, with US film Inside Llewyn Davis winning the runner-up Grand Prix prize.

Audrey Tautou hosted Uma Thurman on the stage of the Grand Théâtre Lumière to award the Palme d’or to the best film among the 20 in Competition.

Jérôme Salle’s Zulu starring Orlando Bloom and Forest Whitaker, was screened at the end of the ceremony.
