RED CARPET FAB: Photos + I Was Given The All Important Red Carpet Attention Alongside Fred Nuamah At 2013 Cannes Film Festival…

Cannes Redcarpet3

I am sure by now you are aware I am currently at Cannes (courtesy of Ghana Movie Awards) to experience the 66th Cannes Film Festival and report on interested issues-first hand report.

Can I make that big boastful claim as the first African blogger (that is too huge so let me narrow it down to Ghana) to have walked on the all-important Cannes red carpet? Sort of though! I think that is some good bragging right there for me.

During the grand opening of this year’s festival on 15th May, 2013, stars such as Nicole Kidman, Cindy Crawford, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jury President Steven Spielberg, director-Andy Lee and others took glamorous steps on the red carpet.

Sunday evening, I got the opportunity to join the stars of the Dutch movie-Borgman which was being premiered to walk the all-important Cannes red-carpet with Fred Nuamah. Borgman is the first Dutch film in 38 years to play in competition at Cannes.

And I hope I nailed the red-carpet appearance with that skinny black suit and bow-tie.

So far, I love it out here—the partying has be great! I have met a Chinese blogger and he is incredibly cool…

    • @Titus, ofcourse if you are going to cannes red carpet u will have to dress the part..its stated in their requirements…when Ghana Movie Awards tried to make it a requirement in ghana most journalist dressed the part though it was misplaced priority on the part of the gma.. u dont expect a cameraman to be dressed in suit running about in hot ghana weather…use your brains small titus…chris went there to watch a movie not to work
