I have always stated that, as humans we naturally gravitate towards shortcuts and easy options. This is why most of us have found confidence in excuses. Though excuses are easy and sometimes feel like the best available option, they are worthless. Nothing in life gets done by given excuses.
Have you ever asked yourself why we make excuses for things? If not, let me tell you what it is…Excuses are only made when something is wrong.
Instead of working to fix the things which are wrong so as to enrich our existence and relationship with others, most of us hide behind excuses.
What we mostly forget is that, excuses do not in anyway improve our lives or get problems solved. Why can’t we spend the time we make for excuses on fixing the problems so we will have no need for excuses?
Whenever we fall short of reasonable expectations, we must look to walk through the challenge and rectify things instead of spending time reciting excuses to ourselves and others.
To be able to get anything done, we must position ourselves and minds to accept that misfortunes and shortfalls are not well explained by making excuses but by fixing them.
