I wonder why it has taken this long for several people to notice that Yvonne Okoro is another deluded actress parading her ignorance around, thinking she is the best thing to ever happen to the African movie industry.
I loathe spending time on acute mentally constipated individuals like Yvonne Okoro except when it is absolutely unavoidable.
When I published my article titled ‘My Thoughts: Why Roseline Okoro Should Not and Would Not Win Miss Ghana 2012’, Yvonne Okoro like many semi educated individuals who cannot respect the opinions of others or get involve in substantive discussions without insulting took to twitter to call me names like Lame.
She continued her attack by saying, having a website does not make me smart or intelligent.
The sad part of it is that, even in my deep sleep, I can beat Yvonne Okoro to anything intelligent…Yet, she had the impudence to attack me on twitter when I had not attack her. All I did was to state my opinion in relation to a public event on my blog…
Her deluded ego which tells her that she is the most important thing to ever happen to the Ghanaian Movie Industry to the extent that if she is not here, we would not have a movie industry made her add that, ‘maybe I should not be nominated for any awards in Ghana as my name is suggestive-okoro’.
Has Yvonne Okoro forgotten that some of us saw her when she started? Does she think the fake hair, fake nails, eyelashes and thick make-up make her better than anyone? If anything at all, it makes her the weakest link.
Let’s fast forward this…
After her sister-Roseline Okoro failed to the win the Miss Ghana 2012 title, instead of congratulating the winner, the same ignorant chicken head took to twitter to accuse the organizers of cheating-vote rigging (CLICK HERE TO READ THIS).
Two days after her unfortunate and dim-witted tweet, Inna Mariam Patty, CEO of Exclusive Events (Organizers Of Miss Ghana ) has also spotted her ignorance and arrogance.
In an interview with Hitz Entertainment News , Inna Mariam Patty mentioned that Yvonne Okoro’s allegations are unfounded adding that it “shows that she is completely ignorant and does not know the definition of cheating. Ghanaians picked up the phone and voted and who voted? Rosaline Okoro [won the popular vote], do you call that rigging?”
The contestants, she noted, “have worked so hard to be where they are so if certain people do not clinch the title they should not be bitter about it and go about making false allegations. I believe in facts, so if you are saying ABC said it, put out their names and let’s investigate properly … to put an end to the typical attitude of tarnishing people’s reputation.”
Inna Patty added that, she drafted the final question and “if we had cooked them to be winners, they would have given the perfect answers … none of them answered that question the way it was supposed to be.”
“All these ladies were given equal platform, we as organizers are not out here to create a queen, we give people equal opportunity to be queens and if you naturally [are good] and you shine, it will be yours. People who are bitter out there should put an end to it because it will not help them” .
Roseline Okoro’s performance, she added, on the night was not the best, “those who deserve to be in the top three [got there] and everybody is happy about it. It is a shame that people are out there trying to tarnish the reputation of our new queen and believe you me, we will not let her go escort free.”
What do they say? Empty barrels make the most noise…Chicken heads tweet anything that comes into their heads without any evaluation.
