GhanaFest South Africa 2012 was organized by MayMay Production in collaboration with Ghana High Commission South Africa. The event was sponsored by SANLAM GROUP (Insurance company), South African Airways, Air Namibia and several other companies.
Winners of Miss GhanaFEST 2012 were Selasi Roselyn Dzante (Miss Ghanafest 2012), Nana Ama Amoah (1st Princess) and Nana Akua Acheampong-Boateng.
