Dear GC Readers, My Baby Mother Wants Me Back, I Do Not Love Her & I Am With A New Woman But Cannot Tell My Baby Mother Becos She Will Not Let Me See The Child…I Need Help!

Dear GC,

I’ve been with my current girlfriend for just for over a year and I haven’t told my baby mother about her. My big sister is saying it aint right and I need to stop being a coward and tell her. My girlfriend says she understands but I know it upsets her.
The main issue is like a lot of baby mothers she is very unreasonable. In fact the woman is just plain rude and blackmails me with our two year old daughter if she does not get her way.

I never thought becoming a father would have such an emotional effect on me. I cannot think of not being able to see my baby as much as possible. Her mother knows this and uses it in her favour.

I chose not to tell my baby mother about my girlfriend as she has made it known she still has feelings for me and wants me back. I do not feel the same and don’t want a relationship with her.

I know if she gets to know about my girlfriend, like many times before with other things she will stop me from seeing my daughter and I can’t have that right now.

Am I wrong?

Dear Michael,
While I do understand your intentions to protect your ability to see your daughter, this is only a short term solution to your baby mother blackmailing you with your own child. In all honesty knowing how women are she probably knows already.
