Am I still dreaming or what? Do you guys mean to tell me that, The Best Actress In A Lead Role Award went to the 4 people namely Jackie Appiah, Juliet Ibrahim, Yvonne Okoro and Rosely Ngissah?
Apart from the African Movie Industry where 4 people can be awarded as “Best Actress”, I am yet to come across such way of awarding in any part of the world. How can 4 people win a single award and use one SUV car?
Do the organizers of the Ghana Movie Awards believe they will cultivate any credibility for this popularity contest they are paddling? Did they award merit or popularity? Maybe they awarded demerits rather.
How on earth can any person award Juliet Ibrahim as the Best Actress in any movie industry? So who is the best Actress in Ghana Now? Juliet Ibrahim huh! This is insulting to those who have worked hard to bring the Ghana Movie Industry to this stage.
Can someone organize a more reputable award show for the Ghanaian movie industry to take over this patchy award show? When will we do things based on merits in Ghana?
