Hello Chris,

I am not sure if you have deliberately decided not to post on the 2 Years ban which has been handed down to Actor Ekow Smith Asante by FIPAG (The same unqualified Marfia group that banned Yvonne Nelson) or you just do not find it news worthy.

Anyway, I hope this mail is given the deserve audience as I have read e-mails from other readers which you have published.

I am going to keep this concise and precise. When Socrate Sarfo and his gang of marfia with Idikoko being 2nd in command banned Yvonne Nelson for her alleged disrespect towards Abdul Sallam and others, we threw out our sentiments on GhanaCelebrities.Com to no avail since her ban has not been lifted.

If one is killed, we can call it a sacrifice, two becomes a mistake but three means something is obviously not right.

If anyone reading this is not aware of this, then blame GC for not writing about it. The calm and respectful handsome Actor “Ekow Smith Asante” has also been banned for 2 years for failing to follow certain regulations within the Ghana Movie Industry. (Socrates can explain this better, or maybe his left hand man Idikoko can do it best).

In a space of 1 month, two good and established Actors have been banned in our small developing movie industry. What is the sense in all these bans? Soon all the Actors and Actresses will be banned by FIPAG, a group not far from a gang of dictators and bullies.

After the successful banning of Yvonne Nelson and Ekow Smith, the next victim is our own grandfather and veteran “Kofi Adjorlolo”.

Socrate Sarfo and his fake Association is at his neck and they have started throwing out the word BAN. I am positive that in the next few days, he will also be added to the banned Ghanaian Actors list.

Where is our movie industry going with these  senseless “Bans”? I think Socrate Sarfo and friends need to be questioned and their actions scrutinized.

After all, the Ghana Movie industry is not some tyrannous North Korean Association for two loud but poor producers like Socrate Sarfo and Idikoko to be doing as they please.

God help Ghana!
