American news magazine, Newsweek has ranked Ghana as 86th best country in the world, 7th best in Africa, 3rd best in Sub-Saharan African and best in West Africa in terms of health, education, quality of life, economy and good political environment.
The magazine ranked the best 100 countries in the world.
Ghana ranked 92nd in Education, 89th in health, and 84th in quality of life, 87th in economic dynamism and 44th in political environment.
Tunisia, the best in Africa ranked #67 followed by Morocco #67, Egypt #74, Botswana #80, South Africa #82, Algeria #85, and Kenya #87.
Burkina Faso (#100) saved Nigeria from topping the list from the bottom (# 99).
