Following the departure of Amanda Jissih and Afi Dzakpasu from music and entertainment station Hitz FM, a huge vacuum was created. The station has now reorganized itself and made few changes at the station to fill the vacuum.

Naa Adjeley Doku has now come to the frame to co-present the station’s morning show DAY BREAK HITZ with Okyeame Quophi, the current host. Naa until now was the co-host of the station’s weekend entertainment show, WEEKEND LOCKDOWN.

According to the acting Program’s Manager of the station Sidney Tehoda, Naa’s reassignment to the morning show was not only necessitated by the vacuum created by Afi Dzakpasu, the co-host but also because the station wanted to add some more excitement to the show.

Naa Adjeley Doku holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. She has been with the group for a year now working with Multi TV, where she is a Channel Assistant. Before the DAYBREAK HITZ opportunity, she was Augustine Jebor also known as AJ’S co-presenter on the HITZ FM’s weekend entertainment show WEEKEND LOCKDOWN.

The release signed by the Program’s Manager further indicates that, Rheindolf Ofosu has been moved to host the station’s entertainment magazine show SCOOP consequently replacing Amanda Jissih who left the station last month.

Scoop airs at 4pm every weekday, before Amanda left, she used to host the Nollywood updates at 10am and Hollywood updates at 6pm. Hitz FM is a member of the Multimedia Broadcasting Group which includes JoyFM, Adom FM, Asempa FM, Luv FM, Nhyira FM, Multi TV and myjoyonline.com.
