The nominees for the 2010 BET Awards  are out and the Ghanaian music maestro is in there. Kojo Antwi has been nominated in the Best International Act category. The category also has Nigerian talents MI and P-Square as well as  South African’s HHP . This is the first time that African musicians have been nominated for the BET Awards.

Other musical artistes of African heritage nominated include Dizzee Rascal of Nigerian father and Ghanaian Mum parentage, Wale, Estelle, K’Naan and Sade who are also nominated in the Best International Act category.

Congrats to the nominees and GhanaCelebrities.Com wishes them all  good luck. This years BET Awards will be hosted by the Queen herself “Queen Latifah” on 27th June. World  musical bigwigs like Jay-Z, Beyonce, Maxwell, and Alicia Keys  will all be out there that night. While acts like Drake, Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz, and Dirty Money have all been announced as performers.
