Sonnie Badu Talks About How He Deals With Anxiety Before He Gets On Stage For A Performance

It appears one can never get themselves out of the one-minute jumpy mood whenever they have to perform or speak in front of people. There has been ridiculous and yet funny stuff some people have to do just to knock themselves out of that state.
One time, I heard someone say he has to take masked kenkey before he gets on stage, some do drugs, others fidget with their phones and others hand pocket— the list is endless.

Ghanaian UK-based gospel musician Sonnie Badu says he gets nervous before he gets on stage although he does a thorough rehearsal and there is an urge to use the washroom.
In an interview with SVTV Africa, he said; “I always panic, anytime I’m about performing i always have the strong urge to use the washroom.”
