Nana Opoku Kwarteng Is Back Again! — Says Bullet Cheated Him Out Of The Money Made From The Ebony Tribute Concert, Giving Him Only Ghc 2,000 Out Of Ghc 40,000

Nana Opoku Kwarteng, father of the late dancehall queen Ebony Reigns, is back making complaints about his daughter’s former manager Bullet, with whom he has rarely seen eye to eye.
According to Mr Opoku Kwarteng, Ebony’s tribute concert which was organized by Bullet made huge profits of which he only saw Ghc 2,000.
After the death of the singer her management organized a tribute concert in her honour, held at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
The concert made news at the time after Yaa Pono angrily said he wouldn’t perform if he wasn’t paid.
Anyway, according to Ebony’s dad Bullet received Ghc 90,000 for the concert and funeral from Kasapreko and after everything had been done the profit left over was Ghc 39,999.

However, according to Mr Kwarteng he only saw Ghc 2,000 of that money.
“The funds they raised, I was only told so I demanded accountability. I also wanted to be sure because rumours had it that Kasapreko had given me GHC90,000 for the concert and funeral, which they announced. So I approached Kasapreko for clarification if they have given me that amount of money, which I didn’t know of.
“From the concert, all I know is after the deductions that were made by Kasapreko I was showed a photocopy of a cheque worth Ghc 39,999.” he said on Adom Fm Saturday.
“But Bullet brought me Ghc2,000. I have made my life, I have my own money my daughter’s money won’t add up to mine.” he added.
