Often times one might think grass is greener on the other side but then you travel and find life is much more difficult that you anticipated.
This happens to a lot of Ghanaians especially those with little formal skills who think travelling to another country is the solution to all their problems.
Afia Schwar has revealed during her travels to South Africa, prior to become a tv star, she suffered a lot.
According to her she thought everything would be allright once she travelled but she ended up washing dishes to make ends meet.

She later became a food vendor, selling banku and then waakye, all to raise cash to survive.
Afia was speaking on ‘Celebrity Ride with ZionFelix’ and recounted things hadn’t been easy for her in life at all.
