About six months ago, Tv and radio presenter Caroline Sampson underwent a surgery to remove piles or haemorrhoids known in our local parlance as kooko.
The mother of one in a series of videos let us in on how insufferable the pain was and how she was dealing with it. Apparently, whilst she was still at the hospital, his son wrote her letter to find out how she was faring.

Caroline took to Twitter to share a picture of the letter and we think it is the sweetest thing ever coming from a boy his age. Caroline and her son are very close and almost inseparable.
