French President Emmanuel Macron is scheduled to visit a Shrine in the Republic of Nigeria built in honour of musician Fela Kuti in Lagos.
Even though the President has visited most of the African countries which included Ghana but this is going to be the very first time a foreign president is visiting a Shrine.
According to the French leader, his love for Nigeria as a nation is very high and that explains why he spent six months as an intern at the French embassy in Lagos.

“I love Nigeria a lot. It’s an appealing country. I’ve got a lot of memories…that haven’t left me.” He told the reporters travelling with him
