Mr Bice Osei Kuffour, known popularly as Obour, President of the Musicians Union of Ghana and also a member of the VGMA board that holds the highest percentage in determining the winner, in his speech for the board at the unveiling party, last week said, “‘Artiste Of The Year‘ must be that person who can extend or project his or her music, the scheme to the international market.”
