Those Questioning My Faith Because I Produce Secular Music Are Hypocrites — Kaywa Lashes Out

Legendary Ghanaian music producer David Kojo Kyei, popularly known as Kaywa, has hit out at Ghanaians who question his faith due to his ties to secular music.
Kaywa, who has recently become a prophet, has had a hand in most of the biggest hits in Ghana since the turn of the millenium.
His recent turn to Christ whilst still serving as the producer for songs like ‘Jennifer Lomotey’ and ‘Adult Music’ has brought him some criticisms from Ghanaians, but Kaywa argues those criticizing him are hypocrites because even Jesus said he did not come for the holy ones.

“For me, that’s clear hypocrisy”. he abruptly responded on Hitz Fm when asked about the criticisms of combining being a prophet with producing secular music.
“…As a Christian, if you are not controversial, and you don’t go through these things (people talking about you), then you’re not living what Christ came to do.
