Zylofon Media CEO Nana Appiah Mensah stepped on a lot of toes over the weekend when he ‘revealed’ that he was set to sign Ebony unto hisbefore her untimely death.
One line in his post, supposedly a quote from Ebony, ticked people off the wrong way as it implied Ebony believed herself to be enslaved to her current management.
“We had a fruitful meeting and reached an Agreement just last tuesday. “Please help me pay him for my bail out. I want to be free”. I hope you’re free now & finds absolute peace in the bosom of the almighty God. Let’s pay CRITICAL ATTENTION to our female artists.#RIPEbony?” he posted.
Mensah has since come out to clarify himself but he continues to be roundly criticized for his words, especially the negative light the post sought to shed on Bullet.
One person fighting for Bullet’s reputation is Afia Schwarzenegger, who was close to Ebony whilst she was alive.
In a response to Appiah Mensah’s post, Afia Schwar praised Bullet for all he has done for Ebony’s career, opining that every person who be a success if they had someone like Bullet in their corner.

She also pilloried the Zylofon Media boss for attempting to increase his popularity based on Ebony’s death.
Check out her post on the issue below…
Good evening Nana,
“Trust me when i say I can’t wait to chop some of your money you are throwing away cos I don’t believe u believe u gonna make that money back But listen
Hope all is well…there was no point in what u wrote..there was no point in trying to be popular in someone’s death..
If we all will find a “Bullet” in our lives…our careers would have been better…
If we all find the one that will hustle for shows whiles we concentrate on our talents..we all would have been hitting the billboard charts .
If Nana Hemaa @ebony_reigns wanted to tell the whole world about her terms with her boss Bullet…she would have done that thru radio not you.
Maturity is when u take ur emotions out of business…whatever she told u was confidential not for ur social media page, papa @mn_appiah
Good night”
