Two suspects have been arrested by Lagos State Police in connection with the robbery of the house of Nigerian actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu.
Okafor was the victim of a robbery over the weekend at his mansion in Lagos, where thieves broke in and made away with N 1m in cash and several million more in valuables.
Police Public Relations Office for Lagos State, Superintendent Chike Oti, revealed that two arrests have been made in connection with the robbery.
The suspects have been handed over to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, Supt Oti said, to continue their investigations into the robbery.
Mr Ibu was actually away in Enugu during the robbery, but his wife was home and suffered the trauma of the robbery.
