The much talked about annual ‘Girl Talk’ concert finally came off on December 27 at the National Theatre. The strictly all-girl concert has been in existence for 3 years and every year brings new experiences and famous personalities.
This year’s edition of the ‘Girl Talk’ concert was never a boring one as Ghanaian females as well as celebrities trooped into the National Theatre to have fun and support the event.

Faces like Ghana’s most curvaceous, Joselyn Dumas, S*xy Akumaa Mama Zimbi, as well as Efya were not only present in vain, they exhibited their dancing prowess on stage to show the crowd their other talents. The atmosphere was a charged one as these celebrities sang and danced on stage.
Other female celebrities present at the event were baby mama Yvonne Nelson, Jackie Appiah and Roselyn Ngissah, not leaving out celebrated movie director and producer, Shirley Frimpong Manso.

There were thrilling performances by Mr Eazi, Kejetia Vs Makola actors, Sarkodie, Captain Planet, Kidi, Kuami Eugene, Wutah, Wanlov, Akumaa Mama Zimbi actress Joselyn Dumas and Efya’s biological mum, Nana Adwoa Awindor of “Greetings from Abroad” fame.
Surprisingly, this year’s edition of ‘Girl Talk’ concert sees Efya bowing out as host and ambassador and that is why it was dubbed, the “Bow Out”.

Our sources have it that, the search for a new host and ambassador has been difficult in Ghana and we won’t be surprised to hear the new host and ambassador emerging from Nigeria.
