Schooling Was Boring For Me — MzVee

Apparently, education in Ghana is boring and too cumbersome especially if you cannot practise what’s called ‘chew and pour’, meaning learn everything in a book and then write the exact thing word to word in an examination, that’s the definition of learning in Ghana.
So obviously school becomes too boring if you can’t do the ‘chew and pour’ thing and that has accounted for the numerous school dropouts we have in Ghana. Simply, education in Ghana is not practical but rather theoretical.

Ghanaian musician, MzVee has disclosed that schooling has always been a daunting task for her.
MzVee in a radio interview revealed that she had to opt for Home Economics at the senior high school even though she was to offer General Arts.

MzVee added that the decision she took back in the senior high school has taught her a big lesson that nothing is easy in this life.
The young artiste continued that, opting for Home Economics with the notion that it was less tedious, turned out to be one of the difficult programmes/courses to pursue due to its practical nature.

MzVee on her language indicated that she has always been singing in pidgin and not patois as has been the general perception by most fans.
