Making Time For Family Has Affected My Rap Delivery — Sarkodie

The family is very important as it binds us together in love, peace and harmony. Making time for family is an essential ingredient to the survival of the family and this can result in a shortfall in one’s profession.
Now the SarkCess Music boss, Sarkodie has narrated how being a family man has affected his rap delivery.

Sarkodie in an interview with Giovanita on Starr FM disclosed that being a father and a family man has affected his rap delivery but not his creativity, he added that he is more responsible and have to up the game as well.
“…And I need to own up to things that I say. So, I can’t be hypocritical as at now…it definitely had an effect but I think it is good,” he added.

It is perceived by the general public that Sarkodie is arrogant to the media, he doesn’t honour scheduled interviews to some media houses and also not too affable with his fans. Sarkodie clearing that perception stated that;
“I think people; when they see me they feel like there is a wall that they need to break before they get to me. I think that is the vibe that people get and it might be true…I think different people from different walks of life have the same experience but personally, it is not true.”

Sarkodie’s Rapperholic concert comes off this Tuesday, December 25 at the Accra International Conference Center.
