Olumide Bakare – Veteran Nollywood Actor Is Dead

Veteran Nollywood actor Olumide Bakare has passed away.

Bakare has reportedly been battling a heart and lung related ailment for over a year now and finally succumbed.

He passed away in the early hours of Saturday, April 22.

Fellow actor Saidu Balogun confirmed the news to the Nigerian Tribune.

“…Olumide Bakare is dead.” he said. “He died on his way to his hospital. When I called his number, his personal assistant picked his phone and told me he was dead. That’s how much I can say for now,”
