The NDC’s Deputy General Secretary, Koku Anyidoho, has laid into the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, for engaging in politics on a day sacred to Christians.
Koku was responding to the Vice President’s lists of the NPP’s 103 achievements in their first 100 days in office when he noted that it was unseemly for Dr Bawumia to be engaging in such political issues on Easter Monday.
Dr Bawumia made his pronouncements at a town hall organised by Joy Fm in Accra.

The controversial Anyidoho, speaking on TV3, said Bawumia’s conduct was disturbing Christians who are in the act of marking one of the most important days on their calendar. According to him, Dr Bawumia could easily have waited for Tuesday (today) which is a working day to list the NPP’s so-called achievements.
On the NPP’s 100 day performance, Anyidoho said they had done nothing but nurture terrorists in the form of the Delta Force, Invisible Force and others.
