PUT ON BLAST: A Plus Goes All In On Surfline

Musician/Comedian A Plus recently got engaged to the love of his life, so he should be in a good place right now – but that was before Surfline tried giving him a coronary.

A Plus is apparently not very happy with the data service company and he took to social media to really put them on blast.

Aside complaints about the network, the NPP supporting star is not enthused about the absence of a toll free number from the company to air your grievances to them about their crappy services.

He took to Facebook late Friday to complain, ending with a call for the network to be boycotted.

There is just one advice I can give you as a friend. If you are now thinking of 4G Internet, don’t waste your money on surfline….?????? apart from going of almost 4 times daily surfline is the only network I know in this country that does not have a toll free number. One has to pay just to ask basic questions or get assistance. The most annoying thing is that you have to be on the phone for about 10 mins before a “customer care assistant” answers. Sometime you don’t get to speak to anyone because you run out of airtime waiting to get help. For those of you outside. Be warned. When you come to Ghana make sure you DO NOT BUY Surfline GH
