President Nana Akufo-Addo Names Third Batch Of Ministerial Appointees With More New Ministries Established

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has named his third and final batch of ministerial appointees in a press conference which ended not long ago.

The President put forward eleven names to join his government in addition to the 25 he has already named the previous two days, bringing his substantive ministerial appointments to 36.

Despite murmurs over the number of new ministries being created, the President announced the creation of a few more, including Ministries for Special Development Initiatives and Inner Cities and Zongo Development.

Fisheries and Aquaculture – Naa Afoley Quaye

Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs – Kofi Dzamesi

 Aviation – Cecilia Dapaah

Inner city and Zongo Development – Boniface Saddique

Parliamentary Affairs – Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu

Information – Mustapha Hamid

Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts – Catherine Afeku

Youth and Sports – Isaac Kwame Asiamah

Business Development – Ibrahim Awal Mohammed
