Dancehall king Shatta Wale is only a day away from his birthday and he’s pushing hard for some ‘goodies’ from the two major parties in the country.
Shatta is on another level these days, having managed to reach a level where his music transcends partisan politics. He’s had two different songs being appropriated by the two top parties.
They are: ‘Mahama Paper’ for the NDC and ‘Kakai’ for the NPP.
With his birthday fast approaching, Shatta, who in recent days have received praise from flagbearers for both parties, has a little request to make of either. He’s not asking much for much.
“Nana akuffo addo and president Mahama please tomorrow is my birthday so am waiting for my land cruiser and Envelope..pleasseeee!!
Shatta celebrates his birthday Monday, October 17 – and he wouldn’t mind having some ‘Mahama Paper’ to celebrate.
