Police were called to a chaotic scene at the house Afia Schwarzenegger is said to have been occupying illegally at Haatso this morning—an eye witness told GhanaCelebrities.Com.
A few days ago, UK based-Godson Yaw Boakye stated in an interview with GhanaCelebrities.Com explained how Afia Schwarzenegger has over stayed her welcome in his property—2 months stay he granted her to help her find a place when her Landlady secured a court eviction order to kick her out has painfully turned to a 3 year stay.
Godson mentioned that, for the 3 years that Afia Schwarzenegger has been staying in his property, she has never paid any rent—accumulating about 21,000 dollars in unpaid rent.
Though we are told proceedings are in court to secure an eviction order to throw Afia Schwarzenegger out, the delay is frustrating the property owners (Godson and his brother) and they seem to be tying to kick Afia out as quickly as they can.
It’s believed another attempt to take over the property from Afia Schwarzenegger created some sort of scene, and the police were called.
In an instagram post a few days ago, Afia Schwarzenegger admitted living in that property illegally—saying, she will only move out if Godson Yaw Boakye, a married man she had a short illicit affair with would pay her some money he owns her.
GhanaCelebrities.Com is told, Godson says he does not owe Afia Schwarzenegger anything—in fact, how can Afia who can’t afford roof over her own head even lend someone money.
